RGS recently acquired a project for making materials for the generation of electrical power for space vehicles, in the framework of USA deep space missions (e.g. Mars). For the finetuning and execution of the production we are looking for : a project administration and control officer

Position

The project control officer supports the RGS leadership team with respect to the organization of the logistic and administrative execution of operations. He/she takes ownership for logistic and financial project administration, production quality assurance, production tracking and tracing, and office management. The also includes regular customer contact and refinement of procedures according to customers wishes. He/she will amongst others be working in RGS’s Space programs and reports to the CEO.

  • Point of contact for customer interactions with respect to logistics

Requirements

  • Bachelor or similar education, with specialization in logistics, quality or finance
  • Working experience in financial administration (Exact online), working experience in a project production environment
  • Ambition and attitude to harmonize the aspects of logistics, finance and quality for the overall project result
  • Ambition and attitude to resolve bottlenecks, to streamline processes, to fulfill customer satisfaction and to organize appropriately
  • Result oriented, enthusiastic, team player and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English
