Position

RGS Development is looking for a financial administrator to support the financial and operational management and reporting of the company. The financial administrator takes ownership of financial administration, planning and reporting, and reports directly to the CFO. This is a part time and flexible position for an estimated 24-32 hours a week.

Key responsibilities

  • General accounting/bookkeeping
  • Monthly closing
  • Payroll
  • Payments
  • Fixed asset register
  • Preparation annual accounts
  • Tax returns
  • WBSO applications/reporting
  • Financial and KPI/ESG reporting
  • Improvements on finance related processes such as budgeting, reporting, implementing process discipline and a standardized way of working
  • Project and procurement administration.

Requirements

  • MBO/HBO degree in business administration, finance or comparable
  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar administrative/ accounting role
  • Exact (Online) experience
  • Experience in WBSO applications/reporting, VAT and Income Tax return, Salary Administration, Preparation for Annual Accounts/Audit.
  • Technology savvy and striving for efficiency and automation via App or system supported processes
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, disciplined, team player but able to work independently
