Position: Full time 40hrs./wk

Position

RGS is looking for a materials scientist to support the development team. The material scientist takes ownership of the know-how and further development of the RGS process, as well as the Materials and connection technology  aspects of Thermagy.. The materials scientist reports to the COO.

Key responsibilities

Initiating process improvements  for the RGS process at the existing platform

Participating in Thermagy customer projects

Process development for the next generation development platform

Maintain and expand relevant process knowledge

Product and material characterization

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Material Science or Materials Engineering
  • Work experience in a process development / material development
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Excellent skills to gather and represent information in written and visual form
  • Fluent in English
  • Result oriented, enthusiastic, team player and able to work independently
  • Experience in silicon processing is considered as a pre
  • Experience in the electricity generation or electricity storage considered as a pre
