Position

The Process Operator Assistant is a member of  a multidisciplinary project team and takes ownership for production preparation and post-processing of the production of the respective materials. This also includes measurement and necessary quality assurance. You will amongst others be working in RGS’s Space programs and reports to the Manager Operations and Projects.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of production of (raw)materials
• Preparation (cleaning) of tooling/equipment
• Post processing; performing quality measurements
• Sustainment of the relevant equipment
• Performing maintenance on various equipment (water system (plumbing/tubes/valves/filters), argon valves, vacuum pump/lines)

Requirements

• MBO thinking in operations
• Able to work precise according to Standard Operation Procedures
• Strong in administration; filling in check-lists, registration forms, performing measurements etc.
• Stimulate to improve processes/standard operation procedures in a constructive and controlled manor. Could rise a flag if findings seems to be out of defined tolerances
• Good interpersonal skills
• Flexible and pragmatic attitude
• Able to work in a dynamic organization
• Proficient in spoken English
• Living within 30km commuting distance
