Generating electricity locally by burning Bio-mass improves the complete 'chain' efficiency of energy consumption, compared to power plants, generators and local boilers. Because a CHP system uses 'more' of the availble heat and eliminates losses due to, transportation and inverters. By generating the power for a heating system locally it is not necessary to transfer the electricity from the power plant, and a higher percentage of all generated heat is converted and captured for usage. A CHP heating system works like before, but due to the Thermagy technology electricity is generated and can directly be used as energy supply or for distribution of the heat by pumping heated water around.
